The buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product has the right to complain about the purchased product or return the product, if when taking over the goods he sees defects in the products, or the delivered products are defective. Uljara Baioco d.o.o. will, on the basis of a justified request for refund or replacement, return the funds to the Customer to the account specified by the Customer in the request itself or replace the product with a new one within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
The buyer announces the return of purchased products by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reasons for the complaint. Return of delivered products is made by delivery to the address of which the Buyer has been notified. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Buyer.

If the Buyer has not received the ordered and paid product, he is obliged to report it within 8 (eight) calendar days from the expected arrival of the ordered product by sending an e-mail to the address Uljara Baioco d.o.o. Uljara Baioco d.o.o. is obliged to determine what happened to the complained shipment within that period, and to inform the Buyer about the further resolution of the complaint.
In the event that special conditions for the return of goods are specified for a particular product, then these special conditions apply.
