Bianchera extra virgin olive oil is a high quality oil obtained by cold mechanical processes. Baioco’s Bianchera is a 100% monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of great value, obtained from the indigenous variety of olives from the Region of Istria.
Olive harvesting method
We harvest the Bianchera olives by hand so as not to stress the fruit. With reduced water consumption, the antioxidants (phenols) remain in the olive oil, preserving its full flavor.
